The Glorious Raiment of the Ever-Ready Traveler

Despite the high-sounding name, these clothes don't look like much to the untrained eye; they seem to be little more than tanned leather boots, a tan linen tunic, and sturdy breaches or a skirt in matching tan canvas. However, these mass-produced utilitarian items of low magical power are a boon to any who spend much time abroad... They shed water like the finest oil cloth or wool, yet breath like fine linen; and they are comfortable in any temperature above true freezing and below the burning heat of a desert summer. Further, they have several minor magics that can be activated with a simple word.
"ALCUS" causes the color and cut of the clothes to alter at the whim of the wearer. This ability can be used twice per day.
"DAH'LOR" causes all dirt and grime to be removed from the clothes AND their wearer, leaving behind only a simple scent, such as lavender or vanilla. This ability can be used twice per day.
"KARBACK" repairs all wear and most damage from the outfit. This ability can be used once per day.
